Cross-Cultural/Global Transition Coaching

Today’s global economy has created a new set of “cultural challenges” for leaders and teams who conduct business across national and cultural borders. Research suggests that up to 65% of failed mergers and acquisitions are due to 'people issues' -- intercultural differences that cause communication breakdowns and subsequent poor productivity.
