- For courses, which include videotaping, the 16 participants break down further as 12 full participants and 4 auditors. The auditors fully participate in all phases of the class, with one exception due to time constraints: on the final day, rather than facilitating videotaped sessions, auditors play the role of session attendees.
- Course workbooks are provided for the number of participants indicated in the table above.
- The fee for a second instructor is $2,340 per day. Up to 24 full participants are permitted in a two-instructor class.
Private Course Offerings
Travel Time
- Travel time for travel outside the consultant’s local area is charged at $100/hour and billed as four hours plus round-trip scheduled flight time. For travel outside the continental US, there is a flat travel time fee of $1350. Travel time is not charged for training.
- Travel expenses are charged at actual cost; airline coach travel applies for one-way flights under six hours; business class applies for all other flights.
Expenses
Expenses are charged at actual cost. – The cost are usually estimated before the trip and included in the price of the class. The actual expenses are not billed to the client. The facilitator cannot go over the budget expenses.
