I am just returning to the office after having attended "The Effective Facilitator" provided by your company. I felt it necessary to take the time to write you personally regarding my participation in the course offered.
I can honestly say I have never gotten so much out of a training opportunity before as I experienced this past week at Leadership Strategies. The course material was incredibly thorough and extremely well designed. Most importantly, I would like to commend the instructors, Mr. Jeff Ross and Mr. Bill Olsen. They were dynamic, professional, extremely knowledgable and delivered the session with the greatest of ease and displayed an incredible commitment to deliver the services promised by The Leadership Strategies Institute.
Over the last six years, I have been facilitating numerous sessions ranging from small groups addressing internal issues to large Partnering Sessions without having had any formal training in the facilitation arena. Thanks to the outstanding guidance and thorough course content, I know I can move forward in my position with greater confidence and a heightened knowledge of what a truly successful facilitator looks like.
