Cathy Alper, Senior Manager

Cathy Alper is a Senior Manager for Leadership Strategies, Inc. She brings to our team, and provides our clients with over fifteen years of experience in facilitation and organization development consulting.

Working directly with clients in the role of trainer, facilitator, and consultant, Cathy finds ample opportunity to successfully apply her expertise. As a facilitator she has been instrumental in setting direction for non-profit organizations, school systems, and major businesses.

As an internal and external organization development consultant Cathy has:

  • Organized and led company-wide visioning sessions and change initiatives.
  • Designed and executed development curriculum for employees, managers, and senior managers.
  • Developed and presented facilitation on visioning, strategic planning, and change implementation to over 100 school agencies throughout the nation.
  • Designed and facilitated team interventions that included facilitated problem solving, targeted training and discussion, and manager and individual coaching.

She has been actively engaged by clients such as: Apple Computer, Deluxe Check Printers, Harley-Davidson, Mississippi State Department of Education, Metavante, Allied Computer Group, a variety of non-profit agencies, and school districts throughout the United States.

Cathy has a BS degree in Human Development from the University of Wisconsin, Green Bay. She also holds a MA degree in Human Development and Family Relations from the University of Connecticut.
