Christina is an experienced bilingual facilitator and trainer who has been a Senior Manager with Leadership Strategies for several years. Her goal for every session is to exceed both her clients’ and the participants’ expectations. Through thoughtful and creative design, Christina leads sessions that are interactive, purposeful and achieve results. She has earned her reputation as an outstanding facilitator by consistently helping groups move forward in an efficient and effective manner.
Christina has been facilitating for the past 10 years and during that time has successfully worked across a variety of industries in both the private and public sector. Her areas of expertise include: change management, process improvement and strategic planning. Christina has consistently received excellent feedback from all of her clients.
Christina has a wealth of education that allows her to thrive in a variety of situations. She has bachelor degrees in Criminology, French, Human Resources and Education. In addition, she has her Masters Certificate in Business Analysis from the SchulIich School of Business at York University. For the past couple of years, Christina has been fine tuning her skills with specialized courses in guidance, counselling and behavioural disorders.
