Linda Ford, Core Team Member
Linda is especially gifted at capturing, clarifying, and communicating complex ideas. This allows her to guide your team’s dialogue in a way that produces the most meaningful results possible. Her systemic view of organizations enables your team to see what is necessary to drive enduring change. Many of the lessons of Linda’s business career are found in her book, The Fourth Factor: Managing Corporate Culture. Ford’s education and experience bring value to our clients through her facilitation and consultation. Her education includes an undergraduate degree in mathematics, masters in Organization Development, and PhD in Human and Organization Systems (Fielding Graduate University, 1992). Linda’s business experience includes fourteen years in large global corporations working in almost every function in the company. She has been successful in field sales, software development, product management, marketing, and line management. Ford is a frequent speaker and educator on topics such as organization dynamics, leadership, and business excellence and is also the Program Director for the Concordia MBA in Austin. After twenty-five years in Silicon Valley, Linda is back home in Texas. She lives in Austin with her husband, Gary and their two cats. |
