She has been retained to design and facilitate task-oriented, results-focused meetings, training sessions, programs and events for clients including Kodak, Coca Cola, BellSouth, US Cellular, Cingular, and GLISI (Georgia Leadership Institute for School Improvement). Her expert facilitation skills recently earned her a rare invitation to join the Core Team of Facilitators at Leadership Strategies, Inc. She is one of only a few experts certified to deliver “Mastering the Art of Instructor-led Training” by The Center for Effective Performance, the only organization licensed to deliver services based on the performance improvement methodologies developed by Dr. Robert Mager.
Jinnie began her career as an intern in the Georgia Department of Education’s Strategic Planning department. Next she designed, developed and implemented the first computer-skills training and support program for the 3rd largest U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the nation. As a Change Management Consultant for Accenture she developed performance improvement programs for Bank of America, Chase Manhattan Bank, PeopleSoft, United Way, and the United States Air Force.
As Training Manager for PRGSchultz she managed the nationwide rollout of new business skills, customer service, and leadership training programs. She was engaged several times by Selling Solutions, Inc. as they delivered sales-related consulting services to major beverage and brand companies. In her long-term contract with GLISI she manages their instructional design, branding, communications, and documentation functions, and co-manages the design and delivery of events.
Jinnie was married in October 2006 in Southern Italy. She and Robert reside in northeast Atlanta where the blended family includes his grown children, her maternal grandmother, and a menagerie of pets. |
