Stuart Smith is a Senior Manager with Leadership Strategies, Inc. He is a results-focused professional and has facilitated over 500 meetings, workshops, planning sessions, retreats and strategic planning events.
Stuart’s talent areas include:

Stuart began his career facilitating small-group leadership programs in the US Army and now focuses his facilitation practice on helping people and organizations improve their ability to plan and execute business improvement strategy and deal with change. He has facilitated the development and execution of strategic plans for federal government agencies, international associations, Fortune 1000 corporations, small business and non-profits.
He also has solid experience helping organizations both install and realize the benefits of new Customer Relationship Management and Enterprise Resource Planning technology systems.
Stuart has an in-depth understanding of Systems and Quality Theory and how people work most effectively in organizations.
He has an extensive training background and holds a Master of Education from Seattle University.
