Cynthia Waisner has more than fifteen years of diverse professional experience in environments ranging from Fortune 50 manufacturers (e.g., Ford Motor Co.) to regional health care organizations (e.g., Visiting Nurse Services of Connecticut). She has the insight, credibility, gravitas and intellectual flexibility to facilitate transformational change at the enterprise, team and individual levels.
Cynthia’s primary practice areas include:
- Assessing, designing, delivering and evaluating planned strategies for improving individual, team and enterprise effectiveness
- Developing and delivering customized training programs to meet organizational goals & objectives
- Facilitating transformational change and strategy formulation & implementation
- Providing OD, senior team development, leadership / management development, human resource development and executive coaching

She has developed and taught graduate and undergraduate courses in marketing, management and organizational behavior as an adjunct member of the faculties of several colleges.
