She has worked for the "best of the best", starting on Wall Street, moving to Xerox, Coca-Cola, American Software and General Electric - where she invested ten years. Her incredible journey as a consultant and speaker, has taken her around the world from Madrid to Bangkok, Melbourne to Hong Kong, London to Tokyo, for companies such as 3M, Procter & Gamble, AT&T, Texaco, and UPS. She is one of only 124 women worldwide, to hold the International Federations of Professional Speakers designation, of Certified Speaking Professional (CSP). Marcia is an active member of the National Speakers Association (NSA), the Creative Problem Solving Institute (CPSI), and serves on the board of the Georgia chapter of the National Speakers Association (GSA). She was educated internationally as well as at Hunter College and Rochester Institute of Technology in New York
