How NFDB.com works

1. Entry - You are able to provide a wealth of information about your skills and expertise so prospective clients can find you. You supply the information. You set your billing rate.

2. Selection - Vicki, our Virtual Facilitator, helps the client formulate the facilitation request, step-by-step. She asks all the relevant questions about the session and integrates the answers into an easy, oneclick submission. The client then has three support options:
   • Client Direct - The client searches NFDB.com to identify potential facilitators. The client's completed request is forwarded directly to the identified facilitators. Once the facilitators reply, the client interviews them, then selects and works directly with the chosen facilitator.
   • Partial Support - The client searches NFDB.com to identify potential facilitators. Then a Leadership Strategies Relationship Manager works on the client's behalf to contact the facilitators, determine availability, select a facilitator, host a telephone conference with the client to confirm fit, invoice the client and compensate the facilitator.
   • Full Support - The client turns the entire process over to our Relationship Manager, who does everything from searching the database to compensating the facilitator.

3. Contracting - Clients can contract services two ways:
   • Client Direct -The client contracts with the facilitator directly. The facilitator pays a finder's fee to Leadership Strategies equal to 20% of all session-related fees, excluding travel expenses.
   • Partial and Full Support - The client contracts directly with Leadership Strategies. Leadership Strategies pays the facilitator 50% of the fees paid by the client for the facilitator's services and 100% of all travel expenses paid by the client.

4. Follow-up and Beyond - NFDB.com continues to work for you after the project:
   • Feedback - The Relationship Manager solicits client feedback that becomes part of your track record of success.
