Discounts

  • Organizations which register three or more participants at the same time and for the same class, receive a 10% discount off the discounts listed above which gives them a 20% total discount.
  • Discounts can not be combined.

Payment Policy

Payment is due prior to training. A purchase order or training order is NOT acceptable.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, written notice must be received prior to the start of your scheduled class. Cancellations received 30 or more days before the class are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received less than 30 days before the class are non-refundable; however, the registration fee may be applied to a future class within 6 months for virtual courses or 12 months for in-person courses, based on the original class date. Participants may reschedule their registration one time only, and all rescheduled classes are subject to availability. Participant substitutions may be made at any time without penalty. Participants who do not attend their scheduled class without prior written notice will be considered no-shows and will forfeit their registration fee.

Class Cancellation Procedure

In the unlikely event that Leadership Strategies must cancel a class, participants will be notified as soon as possible and may either transfer their registration to another class within 12 months or request a full refund within 6 months of the cancellation. If travel has already been booked, Leadership Strategies will reimburse airfare cancellation or transfer fees of up to $100 with proof of receipt.

Class locations are subject to change. While we make every attempt to prevent changing locations, please confirm with Leadership Strategies prior to booking non-refundable hotels.
