Project Coordinator
Leadership Strategies, the nation’s leader in providing professional facilitators and facilitation skills training, is seeking a Project Coordinator with proven skills in producing business results to join our growing Operations team.

B. Responsibilities
The Project Coordinator is responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of projects to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes and budgets and will build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities include:
Project Management
- Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members including sales, clients, personnel, and facilitators to keep workflow on track
- Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions
- Direct correspondences by preparing, documenting, and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails
- Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
- Maintain and manage project schedules, approvals, and resource plans to ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner and within budget
- Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices
- Report on business results from project and assigned activities
- Participate internal project meetings and propose improvements if necessary
- Documentation management and ability to use project management tools
Sales and Financial Reporting
- Provide monthly financial reporting and weekly data reporting and analysis
- Prepare and provides relevant sales performance and financial reports to executive management team in a timely fashion
- Communicates and collaborates with sales and marketing teams to provide ongoing information from CRM system required to promote and sell new and existing course content and products
- Reviews data and information for accuracy and makes corrections when necessary
- Analyze and generate regular as well as ad-hoc reports with critical analysis on marketing and sales performance to allow for timely management decision making
- Ensure accurate, complete, relevant, and timely reporting and tracking of core KSIs and performance results
General Administration
- Manage annual strategic planning session which includes the planning and management of team goals, project schedules and deliverables
- Manage client engagement paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly uploaded in CRM systems and saved shared drive
- Serve as a member of the product development team and assist in the development of existing and new course content designs according to customer, client, or company specifications

- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Operations Manager and/or other assigned leadership staff
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the departments’ activities
- Maintain and manage the company meetings and events calendar in MS Outlook and performs other related duties as assigned
C. Qualifications
- Education: B.A. or B.S. in business administration, project management, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Min. 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or project management
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills: Experience with Data Simulations, Advanced Conditional Formatting, indexmatch, Pivot Tables & Reporting, Graphs, Dashboards, Macros, Data Validation, Statistical analysis, Formulas, vlookup and xlookup
- Intermediate skills: Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, Outlook experience
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Salesforce is a plus
D. Knowledge and Skills
- Have excellent organization and planning skills, able to set priorities and accomplish tasks; ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and work efficiently under deadlines.
- Ability to see the “big picture” and make sure the goals are aligned well with company goals. Not afraid to make recommendations for a better approach.
- Ability to understand dependencies, risks, and timelines and ability to rapidly re-prioritize and multi-task while delivering against key goals.
- Strong attention to detail especially under pressure. Ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task
- Strong motivational skills to bring out the best in team members with a balanced temperament to be patient and deal with team members’ shortcomings
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving abilities and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
E. Compensation
Salary Range: $48,000-$56,000
