This course is specifically designed for project managers and individuals leading project-based sessions, equipping them with tools to effectively prepare, execute, and conclude impactful project meetings. Participants will learn to foster engagement, manage dysfunction, build consensus, and adapt techniques for both virtual and hybrid environments. The curriculum emphasizes the core essentials of solution process, leadership process, and teamwork to address common issues such as unclear meeting purposes and lack of stakeholder alignment.

 

 

Course Materials & Shipping Policy
Participants will receive printed course materials, except in the following cases:

  • Domestic virtual participants who register within 7 business days of the class will receive digital materials prior to training.

  • International virtual participants will receive digital access by default, with the option to order a printed manual for $75. To ensure delivery, orders must be placed at least 30 days before training. Orders placed later may not arrive in time due to shipping/customs, though digital access will still be provided.
